Mortgage interest rates have risen since their all-time low in January 2021 and they’re likely to keep rising in 2022. Even if rates keep rising, many predict they won’t go above 4% in 2022. That means home buyers and homeowners should keep enjoying rates that are still low from a historical perspective.
