2. Get pre-qualified.

3. Tour properties and neighborhoods that fit your criteria.

4. Once you identify a home you like, you can submit an offer.

5. Once an offer is accepted, escrow is officially open!

6. During escrow, you 

   will review terms 

   with your mortgage 

   company, conduct h

   ome inspections, and

   order an Appraisal.

7. Closing day! Congratulations, you’re now building equity in your own home.
